* Steam jacket is ASME-U Stamped at 75 Psi and NB registered. Rock wool 2" thick insulation jacket.

* Tank body to have 3" center bottom discharge connection tri-clamp.

* Agitation is UL listed brand Paddle type or any other customized type.

* Tank Top: Inverted cone with 15 degree slope with double open hinged lids, CIP cleaning.Tank Bottom: Conical with 30 degree slope and center outlet or flat bottom.

* Inlet/Outlet Ports: Sanitary Clamp Connections.

* Legs: Adjustable stainless steel legs.
