Description
The useage of products:
A Disperser is used to break apart or dissolvesolid particles in a liquid. This is typically accomplished using a “saw tooth”blade rotating at high speed. The blade imparts high shear forces to theingredients being dispersed, breaking them apart. Through proper bladeselection and sizing, a flow can be established that will repeatedly turn overthe batch and yield a homogeneous product. Dispersers are most often used tomix low viscosity products.
Working principle:
High Speed Dispersers is to incorporate powders into liquid and break down particle agglomerates to produce a fine dispersion. Running at tip speeds up to around 5,000 ft/min, the open disc blade of the High Speed Disperser generates vigorous flow and a characteristic vortex into which dry ingredients are added for quick wet-out. This classic mixer can handle product viscosities from water-like to up to 50,000 centipoise.
Structural characteristics:
The equipment is composed of cylinder, stator, rotor, mechanical seal, liquifier hub, motor, frame and so on. The process of emulsification and compounding is based on the working principle of the liquifier hub's rapid rotation and centrifugation. The materials are subjected to sharp compression, stretching and shearing, so that the materials are fully and optimally mixed.
The raw materials of the cylinder body are made of SUS304, the inner and outer surfaces are treated, and the joint of the stator and the rotating shaft is assembled with a mechanical seal, which does not leak and is reliable in use.
