Product Introduction

Gear pump quantitative filling system: The liquid (paste) filling system is a high-precision gear pump quantitative filling device made from SUS316L stainless steel material through CNC precision machining. It features high precision, strong versatility, and is suitable for high-viscosity materials (such as pet food). Each row is independently driven by a bus servo motor to control the gear pump for quantitative filling, and is equipped with an insulated double-layer hopper, offering basic functions such as two-way mixing and automatic feeding. It comes with a standard general cleaning device, but can also be paired with a CIP cleaning system.

Easier maintenance: All parts in contact with the packaged material can be quickly disassembled and installed.

Vertical sealing features: The vertical 45° sealing device provides excellent longitudinal sealing and can be opened from the middle to both sides for easy maintenance.

This product is suitable for packaging various solid-liquid pastes (sauces, seasonings, hot pot bases, seasonings, ketchup, honey, jams (with residues), creams, facial cleansers, shower gels, etc.).
