Main Purpose

• This packaging machine is suitable for the quantitative packaging of powdered materials such as pesticides, veterinary medicine, premixes, additives, milk powder, starch, spices, and enzymes.

Based on the required filling volume and bottle size, select the appropriate feeder screw size

• Bottom anti-leak mesh outer diameter: 0.6 inches – Suitable for filling range: 0.1 to 0.7 oz
• Bottom anti-leak mesh outer diameter: 1 inch – Suitable for filling range: 0.2 to 7 oz
• Bottom anti-leak mesh outer diameter: 1.3 inches – Suitable for filling range: 0.2 to 17.6 oz
• Bottom anti-leak mesh outer diameter: 1.7 inches – Suitable for filling range: 0.7 to 35.3 oz

Note: The following items must be purchased separately.

• Material discharge outlet with dust collection system: During material discharge, the system helps to capture and remove dust, preventing dust from dispersing into the air. Includes 1 blower.
• Material discharge screw bottom seal: A cylinder is used to push the flat plate. (See image for reference).
• Due to the small bottle neck, a conical funnel and pneumatic vibrator are required.(See image for reference).
