Product Overview

CT-C series hot air circulation oven,the average thermal efficiency is about 30%. After continuous improvement, low noise and high temperature axial flow fan was designed, and the oven is equipped with automatic temperature control system, the whole circulation system is closed. The average thermal efficiency ofthe oven isincreased to about 35-40%, and the maximum thermal efficiency is up to 70%.

CT-C series hot air circulation oven is suitable for heating and solidification, drying and dehydration of raw material in pharmaceuticachemical, food, agricultural and sideline products, aquatic product, light industry, heavy industry and other industries. Such as: crude drug, traditional Chinese medicine, extractum, power, particle, drinking agent, pigment,dyestuf, evaporate vegetables, dried fruitpiece, sausage, plastics, resin, electric component, baking varnish, etc.

Equipment Features

1. Most of the hot air circulates inside the oven, the heat efficiency is high and the energy source can be saving.
2. Using enhanced ventlaion and adiustable air separating boards. It can make materials dried uniformly. The heat source can be steam, hot water, electricity or far infrared.
3. The machine makes litle noise and can be operated stably. The temperature can be controlled automatically and the installation and maintenance are all very convenient.
4. With wide scope of application, it is suitable for drying varieties of materials, so it is a current type of drying equipment.

Main Parameters And Instructions

1.The heat source can be steam, electricity, far infrared, orsteam+electricity. Customer can select one of the heating ways in accordance with practical conditions.

2.The temperature of operation: 50-140°C for steam, Maximum temperatureis 150°C; 50-350°C for electricity or far infrared.

3.There are automatic and computer control systems for customer selection.

4.The normal pressure of steamis 0.02-0.8MPa.

5.The electric heating power is 15kw according to Model l and the actual power consumption is about 5-8kw/ h .

6.For special requirement, please indicate it in order.

7.lf the operation temperature is more than 140°C or less than 60°C please indicate it in order.

8.The size of drying trolley and tray is standardized. They can beexchanged each other.

Working Principle

Air circulation system adopts the fan circulation air supply mode, air circulation is homogeneous and high eticient.The air source is driven by the axial flow fan through the heater, and then sentto the oven chamber through the air passage, and then the used air is sucked into the aiipassage to become the air source for recycling and heating. indoor temperature uniformity can be ensured. When the temperature valuechanges due to the opening and closing action, the air supply circulation system quickly returns to the operation state until the settemperaturevalue is reached.
